We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (EU orders). Print it out and attach it securely to your parcel.
Place the item(s) in original or secure packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Keep your drop-off receipt.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2â3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
